Salam Arabic Fellowship Celebrates
New Year's Eve with
Tabor Lutheran Church, Chicago

After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.
Revelation 7:9

A group of refugees and immigrants from Salam Fellowship celebrated New Year's Eve with Tabor Lutheran Church, Chicago.

The evening started with a worship service, a light meal, and songs of praise, thanksgiving, and dances performed by Tabor's family and friends.

People from six countries were represented in the event; Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and Mexico, in addition to the Land of the Free and the Brave.

It was a true picture of Jesus Christ's Church.

Please pray with me for Mohammad K. who is finding it difficult to forgive his father who abuses him, especially restricting his freedom to worship at church.
*
Please pray with me that God would bless this ministry and Salam Arabic Fellowship with fervent prayer support and constant funding throughout 2010.

In God's Peace,
